I’ve been getting the most random calls this last week from friends just wanting to discuss the return of the sun & its mood elevating rays. I must say, I’m totally loving it & finally, not a woolly hat, scarf, or glove in sight!

Preparation is Everything

So let’s focus on what we’ve been hiding under our gloves & in those Hunters for the last 5 months!

The Nyame Dua Deluxe mani/pedi treatments are good but still basic treatments in that they are not specialist/luxury treatments but still offer a great pampering & relaxation experience. They deal with the ‘basic’ conditions of the hands & feet arising from everyday life situations.

This process does include Intense Cuticle Therapy, eliminating/resolving the build up of dead cuticle on the nail & non severe dry skin conditions due to neglect over the winter months, providing an instant hand ‘face lift’.

These are great maintenance treatments & can be delivered every 14 – 21 days.

I hate hard skin in the feet & hate it even more when one shows their crustations to the rest of the world! The perfect antidote to severe hard skin on the feet is the 'Intensive Callus Peel Foot Care System'. A chemical peel is applied to the feet, to break down the callus area which is then gently scraped away leaving healthy, soft, supple heels.

Our specialist/luxury hands & feet treatments deal with the more severe skin & nail conditions you might be affected by due to long term neglect, illness or medical conditions, such as a build up of dead, hard skin on the feet or dry, rough skin on the hands. Our hot oil treatments are perfect for easing these problematic areas & are amazingly relaxing.

The hot oil treatment is applied to the hands or feet after intense cuticle therapy & acts to not only soften & moisturise the skin & cuticle, but also encourages brittle nails to be more strong & healthy.

Some treatments also help lessen the effects of some recognised medical conditions such as arthritis which can be treated with the paraffin wax luxury treatment.

The paraffin wax treatment is also applied hot, after intense cuticle therapy & possesses softening & moisturising properties. The key difference between the hot oil & paraffin wax treatments is that the paraffin wax is heated to a higher temperature & applied without burning the skin. This allows for better penetration & absorption of the emollients & essential oils into the epidermis.
